On the one hand - HA! On the other, that'd inadvertently screw hetero couples with a trans- or otherwise sterile/infertile person involved.
So, my opinion's mixed.
(Note - this is in the petition stage, and likely has no real chance of making a ballot. Still... I thought it kinda newsworthy.)
